Trinity embraces the innate spirituality of our children by providing quality Christian education using the Godly Play curriculum. Godly Play is built around the belief that children thrive when given the opportunity to wonder about and explore their faith without being expected to give 'the right' answers. The curriculum teaches scriptural stories using Biblical and language from our services accompanied by simple wooden figures and props. Each week, the story is followed by non-threatening, open ended questions to help the children reflect on what they have heard and bring it into their own life. After the story, the children are given the opportunity to be alone with God and “respond,” either by reconstructing the story for themselves using the props or creating a work of art that reflects their response to the story.

Children are active in all aspects of Church life:
*   They attend Holy Communion on a weekly basis.
*   They celebrate a 'Children's Mass' twice a year, taking over the roles of ushers, lectors, intercessors,
*   They give the sermon, carry the Cross and candles, and serve at the altar. it is a heartwarming and inspirational service!
*   They participate in most Church functions; dances, Ash Wednesday, our annual Pancake dinner, our baseball team, our choir, Christmas Caroling; you name it they play a huge part.

All of our teachers have passed training in "Keeping God's People Safe" and apply what they have learned in our classroom and nursery.

Join us as we help prepare our children to live a Christian life in these challenging times!
